“SILPA” Ltd. was found in the beginning of

2004 year and it became a fast developing Bul-

garian-Italian Company with Italian shareholder

“KLIMA 2000”. “SILPA” Ltd. is situated in area

from 60 000 m2, 10 000 m2 of them are workshops

with local air-conditioned system. In the begin-

ning of 2005 part of Italian producing capacity is

moved to Bulgaria.

“SILPA” Ltd. starts to produce fan-coils with

trade brand “KLIMA 2000” and cooperating pro-

duction of gas handling boilers with RIELLO-Po-

land and RIELLO-Italy. Main applications: Injec-

tion molding of thermoplastic parts, metal sheets

shearing and assembly lines, realization of own

fan-coil and heating elements and white brands.

“SILPA” Ltd is located in the city of Lom. Lom

Municipality is situated in northwestern Bulgaria

and is the second biggest municipality in Montana

District in terms of both territory and population.

It is crossed by international road Е-79 - Euro-

corridor No. 4, which connects Western Europe

and the White Sea.

Lom is the second biggest river port in Bulgaria

with the largest natural firth. It is an integral part

of the trans-european network for combined trans-

port - Rhein- Mein - the Danube, a crossing point

of the European corridors No. 4 and No. 7.

Of strategic importance is also the railway line

Lom - Sofia, which is the shortest railway connec-

tion from the Danube to Sofia.

For providing the production of metal sheets, we

have at our disposal a wide gamut of technical equip-

ment.

Some of other machines in the factory are:

• Guillotine to 4mm thickness and to 2000mm

length;

• Cutting machines to 220mm;

• Plasma Cutting machines to 15mm;

• Oxyacetylene torch to 80mm;

• Spot-welding 3+3mm;

Powder painting work shop is equipped with:

• ITW GEMMA Plant-made in Switzerland for

powder painting.

• Static plant for finishing , composed by flash

period (max. temperature 50 °) and furnace(max.

temperature 200 °)

The company produces 6 models of fan-coils with 7

sizes of air-flow from 190 up to 1350 cu.mt/h. and 2

different series.

We intend to begin the production of fan-coils for in-

dustrial use till the end of 2006.

The capacity of our company is big and we are still

able to realize the requested production in time. But the

increasing of the fan-coils’ applying in the field of heat-

ing, ventilation and air-conditioning and the strength-

ened position of KLIMA 2000 as a preferred brand,

defines the need of one more line. The put in action of

this new line is expected till the end of this year.

The high quality of the products we create for our

customers is very important for us. That’s why, we

control every production stage from the prime mate-

rial, through the equipment and facilities, the qualified

employees, up to the end product and its delivery.

Since the beginning of 2006 the company has at its disposal 3 machines for producing of thermoplas-

tic parts. Till the end of this year we intend to equip the workshop with another 3 machines. The big-gest of these 6 presses will be with size of the board 1100mmx1100mm.All the presses will be fully automated.

The thermoplastic parts, manufactured by SILPA Ltd are put in already existing products, established on the market. Through the manufacturing of these articles, our factory will reduce their prime cost, it will make them cheaper for the clients and as a result will raise the company’s competitiveness. The manufacturing of accessories and elements, put

into the fan-coils is applied till the moment. The im-pending is producing of the control panel for the wall-hanging gas boilers, offered by Riello up to now.

The fan-coil is intended for all-year air condition-ing of one-family houses as well as offices, public buildings, covered markets and production halls.

The fan-coil is an appliance, which successfully replaces the regular radiator and the air conditioner, combined in one body.

It is a part of an air conditioning system.The fan-coil has a smooth design and combines

well with any interior. There are also models intend-ed for hidden installation, which renders the system completely invisible for the users, leaving them with a pleasant sense of comfort.The use of high-quality components ensures silent and effective functioning, as well as a long lifetime.

The capacity of the fan-coils is considerably bigger than that of the regular radiator of natural convec-tion so that the desired temperature is reached in a matter of minutes after the appliance has been turned on.Just like the air conditioner, the fan-coil is sup-plied with a filter for air treatment.

The fan-coil is one practical and highly effective solution to reduce high energy cost. Fan-coil sys-tems can be designed and installed to create a num-ber of zones by running multiple, smaller fan-coils from one hot water tank, allowing variable heating demands in the hose to be met.The presence of a fan allows you to install the “KLIMA 2000” fan-coils in the most convenient location without taking up your living space. You could even install your fan-coil in a suspending ceiling, so that the system would re-main completely invisible.

There is an option to integrate a control panel in the

unit, fully automatic and needs only to be connected

to the electrical supply. The “KLIMA 2000” system

offers the opportunity to be connected with a duct, so

easily to provide fresh air in the rooms, offices, restau-

rants where is needed.

The “KLIMA 2000” fan-coil unit can be integrated

behind the wall lining or mounted in a false ceiling,

alternatively on the wall or the ceiling. The stylish cas-
