    THINGS TO REMEMBERIn reducing fractions to simplest form we can do any of the following

    Strategy 1 Divide the numerator and the denominator by their Greatest Common Factor

    Example:

    Strategy 2 Divide the numerator and denominator of the fraction by their common factor.
