1. INTRODUCTION
You are busy and often need to work while away from the office. Are you urging to find a
good way to keep eyes on your e-store without having to literally be next to the laptop all
the time? Built with that in mind, SimiTracking is the first and only native app for Magento
stores, providing a full set of cutting edge features to follow sales! Just enjoy tracking sales
anywhere at any time now!
This manual will guide you how to use SimiPOS for your stores.

2. HOW TO SET UP
2.1. Download SimiTracking Connector
SimiTracking is offered free when you purchase any extension on
http://www.magestore.com. You can click Add to Cart button to start downloading.
2.2. Install SimiTracking Connector
Please go to your website backend to install SimiTracking Connector like any other
extensions which you purchase from Magestore.com.
2.3. Download and install SimiTracking app
After successfully connect SimiTracking to your store, you can download SimiTracking
app and install it on your devices directly from Google Play or Apple App Store via these

3. HOW TO USE
3.1. Log in/ Log out SimiTracking
After installing the Connector module and the SimiTracking app on your device, please
open the app. To log in to SimiTracking app, you have to enter your website domain,
admin user name and the password. You can also tap Try Demo button to take a look at
demo version with our sample data.
3.2. Overview report
On the dashboard screen, you can see:
The number of new orders, new customers and new sales
Total sales statistics of yesterday, this month accumulation, average and forecast
figure

Today‟s order reports with max, min and average value
The number of today‟s customers
It can be seen from our Demo like that:
To view sales reports of each store, you can tap All store views button at the right corner
and select store you want to view. You can also view other detailed reports quickly by
tapping them.
3.3. Bestseller report
You can tap BESTSELLERS button to access Bestseller Screen. In this section,
bestselling products are listed in descending order.
To refresh bestseller data based on time range and order status, please press Update now
button. You can also view detailed sales and order list of each bestseller by tapping it.

3.4. Order report
To access order report, tap the ORDERS button on the menu column. You can view an
itemized report on orders including total sales and order details in a specific period of
time. To select the time range, tap All button.

And then tap each line to view detailed information. You can filter orders by order status,
ID, customer‟s name or email or instantly search for order you want to view by tapping
Filter by status button or enter keyword in search box. The Order Status screen appears :
You can get in touch with your customers directly via „phone‟ or „email‟ icons.

3.5 Customer information
To view Customers section, you can tap Customers button on the menu column. In this
section, Customer information is listed in the chronological order with customer name,
email address, number of orders, country and phone call. To view detailed information,
you can tap each line.
3.6 Configure Bestsellers Settings
To change the setting of Bestsellers, you can tap Settings button on the menu column. In
the Settings section, you can select to show Bestsellers on the dashboard or not. Besides,
you can choose order status to filter Bestsellers on Dashboard and Bestsellers page by
tapping Pressing, On Hold, Complete, Pending, Payment review lines.

To edit the specific time range for showing Bestsellers, you tap one option in the line
below Show Bestsellers of.
