PROFESSIONALCUSTOMER SERVICE

For my co-op, I worked for one of the popular retail companies in Vancouver. I made 3 achievements: doubled the sales in my section, got 100% score on all the knowledge tests, and got more than 50 positive feedback from customers. The co-op helped me a lot to build a strong confidence; now I am working at a consulting company in Thailand.
