Singita is a conservation brand that has been preserving African wilderness for the past 25 years, offering guests an exceptional safari experience with 14 luxury, award-winning lodges and camps across six regions in Africa. In partnership with non-profit Funds

and Trusts who implement strategic conservation projects in each region, Singita is preserving and protecting pristine land and existing wildlife populations and helping to create economic independence within communities that live alongside the reserves.

they can experience a once-in-a-lifetime

adventure together.

More than just ideally located, each villa is

designed with the guests’ needs in mind,

boasting comfortably spacious interiors with

furnishings that strike the perfect balance

between luxury and functionality, while

exteriors branch out into nature and offer

unhindered views of unspoilt Africa.

Additionally, each villa is also serviced by a full

staff complement, including a chef and host, as

well as a Field Guide and private vehicle for

game drives – allowing guests to schedule

activities to their liking.

SINGITA KATAZA HOUSE

AccommodationAll the rooms of this luxuriously modern

African home, which accommodates up to 8

guests, offer an intimate engagement with the

surrounding landscape and a sense of solitude

within nature.

The villa features 4 self-contained bedroom

suites and a central cluster of living spaces.

Offering its own house staff, chef and house

manager, Kataza House boasts indoor and

outdoor dining areas, a central lounge, wine

room, interactive kitchen, gear room, outside

firepit, heated pool off the main lounge,

massage room, media room and a 2-bedroom

staff residence. The master bedroom also

includes its own private heated pool.

ActivitiesThis location puts gorilla, chimpanzee and monkey trekking on your doorstep, as well as hiking and walking, wellness and on-site spa activities. Also enjoy excellent food and wine, cultural visits and on-site garden and nursery walks.

AccommodationA private villa standing steadfast on the banks of the Sand River in the heart of South Africa’s big cat country. The romance and adventure of a tented safari is captured in sumptuous style as canvas walls and expansive glass immerse guests in the surrounding wilderness. Ebony’s interiors are enhanced by the lustre of old brass, well-polished ebony and mahogany

wood and natural fibres in cool tones.

The villa comprises two family suites - ideal for four adults and four children, or six adults and teenagers. It boasts a dining and lounge verandah area, swimming pool, stone fireplace, private boma and viewing decks, as well as heated plunge pools.

Pamushana Lodge in the remote Malilangwe

Wildlife Reserve in Zimbabwe, this elegant

and the relaxed freedom to tailor-make their

days any way they want, thanks to a dedicated

private chef, game vehicle, Field Guide and

butler catering for their every need.

Malilangwe House’s five bedrooms each have

their own deck, while all flowing into the

home’s convivial living areas, interactive

kitchen, ‘bar-deli’ and main deck with its

large rim-flow pool. With its panoramic views

of the surrounding landscape and beautiful

Malilangwe Dam below, this contemporary

African home is set within 130,000 acres of

virtually untouched wilderness, making for an

unforgettable luxury safari.

authenticity of safari life, but with a

about it. Explore offers camping without

having to forfeit the creature comforts or

attentive service that are intrinsic to a Singita

experience. The camp is particularly appealing

to those in search of an opportunity to

connect up-close with wildlife in a way they

have never done before.

This is an exclusive-use camp, so it is pitched

and set up based on the requirements of each

booking, offering a maximum of six 1-bedroom

tents configured to suit each individual group

of travellers.

There are four boldly proportioned guest suites with serene bathrooms, outdoor showers and private terraces. Casual living areas include an eat-in family kitchen, media room, a full fitness centre, a tented spa suite and a clay tennis pavilion. A 25 metre rim-flow lap pool, outdoor dining decks and fire pits provide the perfect spots from which to view daily wildlife activity at the nearby waterhole. OUR VILLA LOCATIONS

Our seven private-use properties are located in six regions across four African countries. Singita

Sabi Sand and Singita Kruger National Park in South Africa are home to Ebony villa, Castleton,

and Lebombo villa, while a pristine stretch of Zimbabwe, the Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve,

features Malilangwe House. At Singita Grumeti in Tanzania, guests will find Explore and

Serengeti House; and just a short flight away, in Rwanda, Singita Kataza House is nestled on the

edge of Volcanoes National Park.

South AfricaSpanning more than 45,000 acres, Singita Sabi Sand is renowned for high concentrations of big game and frequent leopard sightings. Here, you'll find Singita Ebony Villa and Castleton.

Singita Lebombo Villa is situated in a 33,000 acre private concession of isolated wilderness in the Kruger National Park, where a unique wildlife population thrives across four direct ecological areas.

ZimbabweA pristine stretch of Zimbabwe spanning 130,000 acres, the Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve is home to Singita Malilangwe House.

TanzaniaSingita Explore and Serengeti House are both located in Singita Grumeti. Situated adjacent to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, it's an integral part of the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, the home of the Great Migration.

RwandaSingita Kataza House is located on a breathtaking 178-acre piece of land right on the edge of Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda.
