• Present Manufacturing 40 zoning does not allow offices, unrelated to a permitted use but a Temporary use By Law was approved 3 years ago, ( By law 055- 2009 ) to monitor impact. To date no comments have been received
• Surrounding land uses especially across the street are residential • Applicant is asking for the front portion of building’s two storey's to
continue to accommodate the office use
• Planning has structured the recommendation to reflect 1 or 2 storey's, to a maximum 5000 square feet of G.L.A.
• Economic Development is supportive and recognizes the similarity to those uses in the Service Industrial zoning
