Solutions Per Applications SITE VISIT REPORT Mis SPA Instrument's engineers have been visited to Myanmar Petrochemical Enterprises, MYANMARduring 29 th July to 1 st August 2012. Following points are observed & discussed with MPE during this visit 1) DCScontrol room location is observed. 2) All the Control valve's external hardware in plant 200,300,400 & Boiler is checked as per check list '\. 3) All control valves requires I to P converter, positioner & air filter regulator. 4) For Emergency shutdown valve's air filter regulators & SOYneeds to replace. 5) All control valves requires overhauling, leak test & pressure test 6) Approximate quantity of instrumentation signal cables & cable trays for Reformer Unit & Boiler is measured. 7) All level gauges in plant 200,300 & 400 are checked as per checklist & found OK. 8) In boiler, control panel location is observed. 9) In Reformer, Unit Displacer type Level Transmitters are observed as per checklist Need to be replaced. 10) Regarding with DCS,Network point is discussed with MPE & they accepted the same. SITE VISIT REPORT

Mis SPA Instrument's engineers have been visited to Myanmar PetrochemicalEnterprises, MYANMARduring 29th July to 1st August 2012. Following points are observed& discussed with MPE during this visit

1) DCScontrol room location is observed.

2) All the Control valve's external hardware in plant 200,300,400 & Boiler is checked as percheck list

'\. 3) All control valves requires I to P converter, positioner & air filter regulator.

4) For Emergency shutdown valve's air filter regulators & SOYneeds to replace.

5) All control valves requires overhauling, leak test & pressure test

6) Approximate quantity of instrumentation signal cables & cable trays for Reformer Unit &Boiler is measured.

7) All level gauges in plant 200,300 & 400 are checked as per checklist & found OK.

8) In boiler, control panel location is observed.

9) In Reformer, Unit Displacer type Level Transmitters are observed as per checklist Needto be replaced.

10) Regarding with DCS,Network point is discussed with MPE & they accepted the same.
