If you have selected ‘Other’ because you are unemployed, not employed at an Australian university or you are an international researcher, please: -Begin with introductory paragraph about the situation “For the last 2 years Dr Smith has been employed at XXXX overseas institution….<provide details regarding current situation whether it be unemployed, not employed at an Australian university or an international researcher.> -If you are employed at an international university/institution provide details of your current academic level and salary at that organisation, in local currency -If unemployed provide details of previous academic experience and salary of your last role. -If you are employed elsewhere other than an Australian or international University, detail your current level, role and responsibilities -Fully justify how the selected Future Fellowship Level is in line with your current academic level/experience. If applicable provide comparisons of international and Australian salary and academic level. Included relevant details such as Research opportunities, previous employment, relevant experience and significant outputs that would align you with the FT level requested. 2. 2. If you have selected a Salary level which does not align with your academic level due to significant interruptions to your academic career due to family responsibilities as primary care giver and or due to working in a relevant industry please:

-Begin with introductory paragraph about the situation “For the last 5 years Dr Smith has been the primary care giver of 2 primary school aged children….”-Provide details of the circumstances of your career interruption including specific dates if applicable <from 1 Jan 2008-31 Dec 2009, I was on maternity leave; or for 3 months in 2010 I was on extended sick leave> -Discuss in details the impact this has had on your career opportunity and outputs.-Fully justify why you have selected the Future Fellowship Level and how this is in line with your current academic level/experience even with the career interruptions. Provide Details of research opportunities and significant outputs that would align you with the FT level requested
