Stack chairs typically have to strike a balance between the comfort featuresusers appreciate and the nimbleness andspace-saving qualities facilities managersrequire. Not so, for Sitka. Its uniquedesign yields chairs that are easy to move,store and use without compromise.

Tubular steel components join the seatand back, and form the legs and arms forall Sitka Stack Chairs, in keeping with thespare, biomechanical aesthetic. In contrastto these rigid frames, Sitka’s poly backand seat are contoured to follow thecurves of the body for a foam-free comfortable sit. The generous 18¼" x 18½"seat also provides all the space one needs to relax during a discussion or stay comfortable as a lecture heads intohour two.

While Sitka Stack Chairs suit a variety ofeducational and training environments, toreally appreciate all of their features, youneed to see them after hours. Stackingup to 5 high on the floor, all 3 varieties ofSitka Stack Chairs are agile in multipurposespaces, but only Sitka 4-Leg Stack Chairswith Casters go a step further with built-inmobility that makes reconfigurations a snap.

Fully Upholstered - andupholstered seat options add 1" of molded foam and endlessfabric choices to Sitka’s appeal.

Oversized Tablet Arm -provides ample space for anotebook, laptop or tablet on its 23" x 16¼" surface.

While they may look lean, with a designhoned until every angle and curve haspurpose, Sitka Stack Chairs don’t ask youto forego any of the options you seek.

The three models offer unique basestyles to suit a variety of environments.Sharing a tubular steel construction, theSled Base, 4-Leg and Mobile Stack Chairseach have their own place in reception,educational and multipurpose spaces.

The stack chairs also share a commitmentto mobility. Though only one model isequipped with casters of its own, SledBase and 4-Leg chairs become just asmaneuverable when stacked up to 12high on a transport dolly.

Arm options for Sitka Stack Chairsabound. In addition to the armless andcantilever arm choices, they can beequipped with 3 types of tablet arms.Standard and oversized flip-up arms arehinged to move easily out of the waywhen not providing a 19½" x 15" or 23" x 16¼" surface, but sleek flip-foldarms actually swing out of the way tostow next to the leg when not in use.

Transport Dolly - allows you to move 12 poly or 6upholstered Sitka Sled Base or4-Leg Stack Chairs at a time.

In addition to the three Stack Chair models, Sitka includes a hybrid Café Stool.Sharing much of the Stack Chair DNA, it contains a Perfect Pivot™ mechanism,tube steel frame and cantilever arms.

Sitka Café Stools also offer the same finish options as the rest of the family. Poly seats and backs can be specified in an array of opaque colors as well asthree translucent ones, and steel frame components are available in a variety of powder-coat finish colors in addition to chrome.

Upholstered backs and seats also offeranother way to customize the look ofSitka. Because both are field-replaceable,they can be removed and reupholsteredas needed to keep even the most oftused seat in the house looking as fresh as its first day out of the box.

Unlike the Sitka Stack Chairs, Café Stoolscan be stacked up to 4 high on the floorduring storage or building maintenance.They are also available in two seatheights, 24" or 30". At either height, a three-sided foot ring offers additional stability and user support.

Upholstered Back - is comprised of a field-replaceablecushion affixed to Sitka’s hallmark poly back.

SITKA TASK CHAIRS

Because your need for seating isn’t limitedto training, education, and informallounge spaces, neither are Sitka’s seatingoptions. In addition to the stack seatingofferings, the family includes a class ofsimple function task seating. Perfect forcomputer rooms and conference rooms,simple function task chairs like Sitka provide the features that support userengagement in intensive tasks and discussions, but require little of the user’s attention themselves.

Sitka Task Chairs and Stools are intuitiveto use. Seat height adjustments from17¼" to 22¼" are easily accomplished via the single paddle beneath the seat.And as they are equipped with Sitka’sPerfect Pivot™ mechanism, they requireno additional tension control adjustmentsor locks on the angle of recline. They just move with you.

Another benefit of the mechanism is that it allows the two sides of the chair to move independently. This provides individualized support for both sides of the body during leaning and twisting positions, unlike most task chairs.

The last member of the Sitka family is the Task Stool. With a seat height rangefrom 20" to 27½", this stool brings thefeatures of the task chair to all newheights. However, it’s the easily over-looked components closer to the floorthat make Sitka perfectly at home behindtransaction counters or raised benches.

The 5-star base, available in black nylonor die-cast aluminum, gives users extrastability as they find their way on Sitka’sdouble-wheel high-impact casters. A nickel-chrome plated foot ring alsoprovides additional security and comfort.

As with every other member of the Sitkafamily, the Task Stools combine a PerfectPivot™ mechanism, generous seat, andcantilever arms to give users as muchspace and support as they need—nomatter the task at hand.
