When you enter into a Siwertell Care agreement, we take as much responsibility for your bulk equipment as you need us to. We lift the burden of service, maintenance and related administration from your shoulders, providing high equipment availability and leaving you free to focus on your core business.
Siwertell Care offers you different levels of service to suit your needs and your crew’s level of involvement. At the highest level, optimal care, we can assure optimum operative availability of equipment through planned, proactive maintenance. This is supported by equipment maintenance protocols and the services of experienced surveyors/service engineers to monitor and inspect your equipment. We also use remote diagnostic technology to monitor performance.
We keep you up and running. Siwertell Care is tailored to your requirements by adding the services you need from five separate modules. These comprise technical services, availability management, training, spare parts and operations.

Availability Management: a full range of professional management services with the overall aim of improving the efficiency levels of Siwertell equipment. Elements include online trouble-shooting 24/7, remote PLC support and maintenance planning.
