Six Sigma + Lean Master Black Belt Training This 40-hour capstone class teaches Six Sigma Master Black Belt (SSMBB) candidates who meet class prerequisites what they need to know to successfully lead Six Sigma throughout enterprise-wide deployment. SSMBB training rounds out Six Sigma training by preparing parcipants to take the reins of an organizaon s Six Sigma Quality Management System. This training includes interacve instrucon, class acvies and dialogue, periodic knowledge examinaons, and a comprehensive final examinaon that leads to recognion of achievement for successful candidates. This class provides parcipants opportunies to acquire and strengthen foundaons, insight, principles, and pracces of SSMBB+L, and apply this knowledge to leading organizaonal Six Sigma implementaon and growth. Students learn how to facilitate and lead Six Sigma improvement projects and other aims within a supporve organizaonal infrastructure, and pracce the unique language and mathemacs of Six Sigma + Lean using DMAIC and other quality improvement models. Topics included in this class: Six Sigma + Lean (SS+L) overview with concepts and principles Enterprise-wide planning and strategic deployment of Six Sigma operaons and pracces Cross-funconal competencies including internal organizaonal conflict, roles, stascal pracces, and data exploraon Project management, execuon, oversight, infrastructure, and financial tools Training design and delivery, needs analysis, plans, materials, and curriculum development and evaluaon Mentoring responsibilies with interested pares such as champions, execuves, Belt holders, and non-belt holders Advanced stascal methods and tools, hypothesis tesng, regression, DOE, APC, SPC, modeling relaonships between variables, and MSA Course Fee: $2,495 Prerequisites include experience as a praccing Six Sigma Black Belt and compleon of at least one successful project within most recent 24 months.
