Six Sigma + Lean Master Black Belt Training This 40-hour capstone class teaches Six Sigma Master Black Belt (SSMBB) candidates who meet class prerequisites what they need to know to successfully lead Six Sigma throughout enterprise-wide deployment. SSMBB training rounds out Six Sigma training by preparing participants to take the reins of an organization’s Six Sigma Quality Management System. This training includes interactive instruction, class activities and dialogue, periodic knowledge examinations, and a comprehensive final examination that leads to recognition of achievement for successful candidates. This class provides participants opportunities to acquire and strengthen foundations, insight, principles, and practices of SSMBB+L, and apply this knowledge to leading organizational Six Sigma implementation and growth. Students learn how to facilitate and lead Six Sigma improvement projects and other aims within a supportive organizational infrastructure, and practice the unique language and mathematics of Six Sigma + Lean using DMAIC and other quality improvement models.

Six Sigma + Lean (SS+L) overview with concepts and principles Enterprise-wide planning and strategic deployment of Six Sigma operations and practices Cross-functional competencies including internal organizational conflict, roles, statistical practices, and data exploration Project management, execution, oversight, infrastructure, and financial tools Training design and delivery, needs analysis, plans, materials, and curriculum development and evaluation Mentoring responsibilities with interested parties such as champions, executives, Belt holders, and non-belt holders Advanced statistical methods and tools, hypothesis testing, regression, DOE, APC, SPC, modeling relationships between variables, and MSA Course Fee: $2,495 Prerequisites include experience as a practicing Six Sigma Black Belt and completion of at least one successful project within most recent 24 months.
