    Learning Objectives:

    AT the end of the course, participants will be able to:

     Understand the fundamentals of six sigma, values & roles, tools & concepts to improve business processes & organizational performance.

     Apply basic quality tools and metrics to DMAIC projects and understand how to apply tools within each phase to identify and correct problems.

     Discover how to quantify "process effectiveness" and "process efficiency".

     Completely understand SMART Goals, Cause and Effect, SIPOC and other key concepts

     Understand projects basics, seven elements of waste, 5S and PDCA cycle

     Learn data analysis techniques, pareto analysis, ishikawa diagram and Poka-Yoke (Mistake- Proofing).

     Examination & Certification:

    Each candidate is required to pass an exam that consists of 40

    multiple choice questions, 60 minutes exam and offered in

    English only. The candidate must score 75% in order to get

    certified. The exam test theoretical, basic calculation and practical

    aspects in deep detail about the Body of Knowledge.

     ASTC Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate:

    The passing candidate will be awarded with ASTC Six sigma

    yellow belt certificate.
