Tough times temper few people and they transform from coal to Diamonds. Others dissolve in the heat of troubles and challenges. Why? Life is Peaks & Valleys

Peaks are moments when u appreciate what u have; Valleys are moments when u long for what is missing. Control your Peaks & Valleys by what u believe and what u do.

U change your valley into a peak when u find & use the good that is hidden in the bad time. Ask: What is the truth of this situation? What am I ignoring? Refusing to accept? Make reality your friend.

A personal peak is a triumph over Fear. Celebrate it. Don’t try to escape your valley. Learn from it.

• Peaks & Valleys r not just good & bad times; they r also how u feel inside & respond to outside events. P & Vs are connected.

• Errors u make in 2days Good Times create 2morows Bad Times

• Wise things u do in 2days Bad Times create 2morows Good Times ~ Spencer Johnson

• Focus on others; change Self

Focus on others; discipline and change yourself -> Success<Focus on self; try to change others> -> Failures

Accountability results in:• Turning passion and energy into consistently

performing to maximum potential • Encourages a continual ‘raising of the bar’ on

achievements • Keeping the vision focused and on track – less apt

to be overwhelmed with ideas • Removing ‘limiting beliefs’ – accountability

highlights each success and achievement • Crystallizing larger goals into specific steps to

ensure action continues and passion remains

Coach Guru MentorTo be successful you must be able to have the IDEA;

recognize the right OPPORTUNITY; take appropriate ACTION; ensure FOLLOW THROUGH and drive the project to COMPLETION.

If any of these pieces are missing then the picture is not complete and success may always be just out of reach.

A coach helps to bring all the pieces together and create the right mindset needed.

Accountability and coaching are both extremely empowering tools for the students, because you do the work, not your coach.

All the answers, techniques and mindset are already within, and your coach will enable you to bring them out through a process of understanding, motivation, clarity, accountability and challenge.

New Day This is the beginning of a new day.

God has given me this day to use as I will.I can waste it or use it for good. What I do today is important, becauseI am exchanging a day of my life for it.When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever, leaving in its place somethingthat I have traded for it.I want it to be gain, not loss;good not evil; success not failure;in order that I shall not regretthe price I paid for it.
