GOT TO be WORRY-fReea Rap about Dealing With stress and Worry
sTUDenT OneAll of us worry from time to time,
’bout goin’ to school, ’bout savin’ a dime.We fret and we fuss and never let go.
Lose sleep, get nervous from head to toe. But you …
Class CHORUsGot to be worry-free. Listen to me!
Yeah you got to be worry-free, naturally. You got to slow down. Take a big deep breath.
Just be worry-free, be just like me!
sTUDenT TWOMind’s covered up in racing thoughts,
and you start to sweat ’bout the things you bought.Your muscles get tense, getting harder to breathe. Your heart pumps fast, your chest starts to heave.
But you …
RePeaT Class CHORUs
sTUDenT THReeHere’s how you do it: Pay me some mind.
You gotta find the best way to unwind.Go exercise, jog down the street.
Or swim a few laps. Get up off your seat.
RePeaT Class CHORUs
sTUDenT fOURGive yourself credit for the things you do well.
Don’t beat yourself up ’bout the times that you fell. Everybody messes up now and then.
If you make a mistake, that ain’t no sin.
RePeaT Class CHORUs
sTUDenT fIVeFind yourself a hobby, something makes you feel good.
And laugh and laugh ’till you feel that you could just explode then and there. But you wouldn’t really care,’cause you feel really good when you let down your hair.
RePeaT Class CHORUs
sTUDenT sIXThat’s my story ’bout dealing with stress.
Got to find the way that works for you best.Find someone who will help you sort it out.
Like a friend, teacher, family member—give ’em a shout!

eVIl mOnsTeR TesT
In the school right down the street, there’s a test I have to take.
It’s important and it’s very long,and I hope I don’t make a mistake!
It’s an Evil Monster Test.Guess I’ll have to try my best.
Tell myself I’ll be OK,and I can make it through this day.
All of my friends must take it, too.And so with our pencils of number two,
we’ll fill in a bubble here and a bubble there, take a deep breath, and won’t get scared.
It’s an Evil Monster Test, and I am trying to do my best .
Telling myself it’ll be OK.I can make it through this test today.
In the end, the test was not too bad.I did well, so I’m not sad.But I’m glad, I get to rest
from that Evil, Monster Test.
It was an Evil Monster Test,on which I did my best. Now I know I’ll be OK
to face a test another day.
