Shanghai Sky Trans Logistics Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996. The company started it’s business in international freight forwarding. During the past years, the company commits its self to exploring and developing professional logistics service in air transportation, sea transportation, inland transportation, customs clearance and bonded warehouse, helping its customers to success by providing them with comprehensive logistics solution.

On the demand of IT product manufacturers, the company has established four bonded warehouses in East China, tailored logistics solution to suit customers’ requirement.

With core market in East China, extending to South China and North China, the company has established branch companies and sales offices at the proven economic powerhouse of China, and comes into strong network.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

COMPANY HISTORY Founded in 1996, former name as “Shanghai Maohong International Transportation Co.,Ltd”. Carrying out business in Kunshan and Suzhou in 1997. Establishing Nantong Branch in 1999, and carrying out business in Hangzhou the same year. Carrying out business in Beijing in 2000. Carrying out business in Songjiang District in 2003. Establishing Suzhou Sky Trans Logistics (bonded warehouse) in 2004. Carrying out business in Tianjian in 2005. Changing name as “Shanghai Sky Trans Logistics Co.,Ltd.” in 2006, and establishing branches at

PVG, Songjiang, Kunshan, and Huai’an. Establishing bonded warehouse in Shanghai Waigaoqiao the same year.

Enrollment of CGLN membership in 2006, setting up strong overseas network. Establishing Kunshan Sky Trans (bonded warehouse) in 2007. Establishing Suzhou Juntai (bonded warehouse) in 2007. Establishing Beijing Sky Trans (Freight forwarder and bonded warehouse) in 2008. Establishing Chengdu & Wuhan & Chongqing branch company in 2009 Establishing Song Jiang Sky Trans Supply Chain Management Company in 2011

Through e-data exchange service, application of VPN network and information platform of cargo tracing and supply chain management, the company provides clients with comprehensive logistics solution.

iCargo SystemiCargo System applies to international freight forwarding activities, using VPN network to trace the whole procedure of logistics. The clients can track the cargo by means of web.

Inventory SystemInventory system applies to bonded warehouse ， controlling the inventory levels through VPN network. The clients can trace inventory levels and obtain statistics reports by means of web. Using advanced information technologies, the company has established Vendor’s Management Inventory (VMI) operation platform to meet the requirements of supply chain integration ， realizing optimum control over the inventory.
