Please follow the below method to report complaints on Direcway4020 VSATs/Skyblaster360e.

1) Please call toll free number 1600-11-2489 at MES and talk to the NIC Helpdesk/HECL/Bharthi to report the problem.

2) Please do give the details of the problem and site details to the Helpdesk.

3) If toll free number access is not available at your site then please try to do STD 011-24361579/24366680/24366823.

4) You can also send mail to [email protected], [email protected] , [email protected] 5) You will be given a complaint number/Ticket number from the helpdesk with respect to you complaint.

6) you can refer to this complaint number/Ticket number for finding out the status of your complaint.

7) Depending on the nature of the problem the NIC Direcway Group will do the needful either by assisting you on phone     or mailing you the required information or escalating your problem to HECL/Bharthi customer support .
