SKYLINE HIGH SCHOOL EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

2021-2022 Skyline has many extra-curricular activities for students to participate in. Your high school years will be more meaningful and you will make valuable friendships if you are active in one or more of these activities. Many of the athletic activities, academic based clubs and service organizations are listed below. Items marked with an asterisk are governed by the Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA). The scholastic eligibility rule established by this association is that a student cannot fail more than one class. Granite School District policy states, “In order to participate in activities sponsored by the UHSAA, students must have maintained, in the quarter preceding the activity, a 2.0 GPA and no more than one failing grade.” Skyline High School follows the guidelines outlined by District policy. All participation fees have been approved by the Granite Board of Education and specifically follow the guidelines as set forth by the Granite School District. Each year the extracurricular activities available at Skyline may change, since non-curriculum clubs must apply each year for club status at Skyline High School. Therefore, not all extracurricular activities may be listed in this planner. For an up-to-date list of all the approved curriculum and non-curriculum clubs, please stop by the Main Office.
