Papua New Guinea (“PNG”) presents a land of opportunity for Skywalker Invest. Rich in natural resources, PNG offers signi!cant potential for renewable power generation. With a lack of grid infrastructure, combined with the remote nature of communities in PNG, residential power supply opportunities are limited. The mineral resource sector on the other hand is in a secondary boom in PNG. With the limitations of grid infrastructure, most miners are reverting to high cost, highly polluting diesel power generation, and resulting in limited resource production, and in some cases an inability to ful!ll production license criteria.

The deployment of traditional geothermal power plants takes many years and requires large cash investment up front. Thankfully our fast track modular approach will see 6.4MW of power online within 12 months with an additional 6.4 MW of power added every second month thereafter. One well, one power plant module. By developing geothermal power plants using this wellhead approach, we are able to build a portfolio of power plants with fast deployment, low risk, and efficient capital expenditure. This translates into a pipeline of power for our customers and robust returns for our shareholders.

Our technology provider Green Energy Group (GEG) from Norway just won Energy Pioneer 2014, selected by Bloomberg. A part of the Skywalker team was the co founder of this venture and served in 2008 as Chairman / CEO. GEG has won a USD 103 Mill contract for designing, installing and manage operation of 12 Modular Geothermal power plants or 75 MW in Kenya and has successfully delivered substantial MW to the Kenyan Grid in corporation with KenGen. Skywalker Invest are now targeting several projects / SPV’s in Indonesia and PNG to duplicate the successful implementation with Skywalker Geothermal. Singapore based Explore Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary by Skywalker Invest and are providing consulting services for procurement and implementation for all Geothermal and Gas related SPV’s. Our company also partner with Hawkins as EPC as a renowned energy player in our region.

Skywalker Hydro identi!es and develops Hydro powered energy sites and sells the energy into secure long-term contracts. Our hydro team has an established methodology where they access historical river data; do site surveys, pre feasibility studies and run it through our screening process. We have experience and regional know how in regards to making agreements with landowners, getting concessions, project !nance structuring and PPA negotiations. Skywalker Invest has a wholly owned hydro consultancy company called Vertic Hydro with office in Singapore and Jakarta.

We work today on several projects across Indonesia and have acquired 95 % of PT Equator Energy and 95 % PT Genesis Energy. We have also identi!ed several opportunities in PNG, which will be IPP’s under separate SPV’s. We partner with Aecom’s hydropower specialists to have an independent view and analysis of power potentials and to do DD on Feasibility studies provided by project owners in case of potential acquisitions. In our last stage for Hydro projects, being commissioning and entering into electricity supply on the grid, Skywalker Hydro as IPP, work with top tier EPC contractors like Hawkins and SMEC to ensure projects are delivered on time, on cost and with expected capacity. Our strategy is to go for best in class technology, civil engineering and design to ensure effective and stabile power supply.

Skywalker Gas Ltd (SGL) can quickly deliver gas-powered generation solutions with outstanding efficiency that contributes to overall low lifecycle costs and reliable MW output. This can be utilized to quickly get power on the grid alongside more long-term projects like hydro and modular geothermal projects that are being developed. SGL’s is currently working towards a Modular Natural Gas Generator project of 200 MW in Indonesia and a 25 MW project in PNG. Each container unit is producing in the range of 1.5 MW of electricity if engine technology is used, but we can also provide 25 MW in one unit utilizing gas turbines if supply is sufficient.

Our select equipment providers: MTU, VPOWER and Alstom are technology providers with worldwide experience in natural gas power systems engineering and are the very top-tier technology out there. SGL have also teamed up with very experienced EPC contractors like Hawkins and others, which operates in PNG today. SGL will be a local IPP in Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Our natural gas power plants have a very short implementation timeline. We estimate a lead-time from project start to power online of only about 3- 4 Months, if gas supply is available. In a modular cascading structure we can with our approach, in a very sort timeframe accumulate signi!cant amounts of power far more cost effective and more environmental friendly than diesel, which are currently being utilized in many of these areas.

Skywalker is responsible for the Governance and Management of Nevhouse, a transformational company from the housing sector. Nevhouse uses speci!c post-use plastics and other composite materials to create affordable housing solutions. We rescue plastic from the streets or divert it from land!ll and take it to our factory where it is recycled into a composite plastic compound and molded into panels. The homes come '$at packed', are easily transportable and are assembled on-site in just a few days using the most basic tools. The homes are low maintenance, waterproof, !re and earthquake resistant and easy to clean and sanitize. By using composite materials to create housing solutions this company is positively impacting a wide range of important social, environmental and economic issues, in particular pollution, tourism, housing, health, education and poverty relief.

Nevhouse is the !rst to supply pre-fabricated homes from composite recycled compound. The company works with Foundations, Charities, Government and non-Governmental organizations to supply homes, schools, medical centres and other structures for people who live in slums, remote area's or nothing at all. Nevhouse has its Head Quarters in Singapore and it operates in emerging markets such as Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. The Company delivers solutions that provide shelter, light, heat and water to those men, women and children who are without.

Stig Torvund (Norway) is a well known philanthropic entrepreneur and investor. He founded Green Energy Group AS (“GEG”) in 2008 and is a recognized !gurehead in the Geothermal Power industry. He standardized prefabricated power plants into modules, to be delivered in containers, and assembled on-site, quickly and efficiently. Similar to the ‘fast-up’ feature of a Nevhouse, GEG puts power online in just a few months in contrast to the traditional approach that takes years.

In addition to this, he also sits on the PNG Tourism Promotion Authority Board for the last 10 years, Deputy President of the PNG National Museum Board of Trustees for the last 8 years and President of the PNG Tourism Industry Association of PNG for the last 5 years.

Andrew is an experienced business manager with quali!cations in audit and risk assessment. Andrew’s background is from the logistics industry predominantly in large-scale warehouse and distribution networks, having built his skills within the BOC Group Ltd in the UK. His focus in PNG has been based around the logistics industry and developing landowner structures and commercial management with the aim of providing maximum bene!t from the land resource and developing capability and capacity for the new landowner entity. Myron has a Fisheries Science Degree and Diploma from PNG University of Technology in Lae. In 1994 Myron launched his own business called Siwi Shipping Services, where he acted as a Consultant to Foreign Investors wishing to invest in PNG’s Fishing Industry. From the success of Siwi, Myron purchased the Fishing Vessel FV Crystal Lady, later renamed FV Siwi, and started Fishing in the Gulf of Papua Prawn Management Area.

Biosystems Asia with Skywalker Invest will be embarking on a 13 stage project consisting of water treatment and energy solutions in Bougainville and New Ireland Provence as awarded by the Papua New Guinean Government. This fully !nanced project, a value of in excess of USD 1 Billion dollars is due to begin in July 2014, with the !rst 1.5MW of energy online by the end of that month. The complete requirement for energy is yet to be determined, but is estimated at 120 MW. Methods of delivery will include Gas and Diesel !red Gensets, Hydropower, and Geothermal (pending feasibility).
