ORIGIN AND HISTORY

Based on large investments in modern CNC machine tools, multi-axes measuring systems and CAD workstations, and thanks to industry-experienced engineers and qualified workers, we manufacture slewing bearings which meet the highest demands on quality. We focus on application-specific consulting and engineering and are aligned to international quality standards in our production process as well as in inspection, documentation and dispatch of the finished products.

Turning of face surface, raceway and peripherical area on CNC turning machines and CNC double column vertical lathes

Drilling of through-holes and tapped holes on CNC gantry boring machines

Assembly of machined rings, rolling elements, spacers and seals followed by greasing and final

Cutting of inner or outer gear on CNC gear shaping and CNC gear hobbing machines

Hardening of raceway and gear on induction heating machines
