After logging in, click the Go Shopping tab.Click Go Shopping from the submenu.

The Shopping Cart “Active Queries” screen appears.In most cases, the screen is configured as viewed below.

Click the small, triangular Collapse Navigation Panel button to provide a wider view of the information about the orders.

Click the Show Quick Criteria Maintenance button to access the controls for the query.

The “criteria” for the query determines which shopping cart orders will be displayed.

Note that when you change the criteria for a query and then click apply, that query remains changed and may no longer match the name.

Can’t find your carts? Check your Quick Criteria Maintenance button to make sure there are no “stray” criteria from a previous query.Also, don’t forget to click Refresh!

One way to customize your Active Queries screen is to create new queries and save them to the menu. Here we will create a separate query for “last 30 days”.
First, click the Define New Query link.

In the Select Object Type field, click Shopping Cart.

Next, in the Select an existing query as a template field, click Last 7 Days.Click Next.

In the Timeframe field, select Last 30 days.Also, place a checkmark in the Including Completed Shopping Carts field.When ready, click Next.

In the Enter Query Description field, type a name for your new query.In the Select Category field, choose Shopping Carts.Click Finish.

Now you have a new query named “Last 30 days” in your Shopping Carts category.

To manage your query categories, click the Personalize link.

The Query Personalization screen has two sections, Available Queries and Active Queries.Use the Up/Down button to change the order the query appears in the list. Remove a query by clicking Remove. You can also select which query you want as the default.
Click Apply when you’re ready.

Here’s an example of a query for a specific vendor.In the Select Object Type field, choose Purchase Order, and choose the Today query.

Enter the Timeframe, the Supplier’s SAP number, and in the Requestor field enter your ID number.

Enter the Query name.
To create a new category of queries, click Create New Category.
In the pop-up box enter the name of the new Category, then click OK and Finish.

The new category and new query now appear in the Active Queries screen.Note that the action buttons and columns in the view grid are different from those in the Shopping Cart template.

Conclusion
If you cannot find an order, check your Quick Criteria Maintenance area and be sure to click Refresh.The Active Queries screen is customizable. You can:
Create new queriesCreate new categoriesOrganize how queries and categories display
Be careful that any new query you create has a Timeframe filled in.
