having come to pass, abasing [some], exalting

[others]! When the earth is shaken with a shaking

[in faith and good works]: they who were [always] drawn close

unto Allah! In gardens of bliss [will they dwell] - a good many

of those of olden times, but [only] a few of later times. ”

“AND IF My servants ask thee about Me - behold, I am

near (FA-IN-NEE- QO-REEB); I respond to the call of

him who calls (U-JEE-BU-DA’WA-TAD-DAA-’I),

whenever he calls unto Me (IDZA-DA-’AAN): let them,

then, respond unto Me (FAL-YAS-TA-JEE-BU-LEE), and

believe in Me (WAL-YU’-MI-NUU-BEE), so that they

might follow the right way (LA-’AL-LAHUM-YAR-

SHUDUU-N).”

(Qur’an: Baqorah: 2: 186)

will surely find themselves in Hell in humiliation!"

privately (KHUF-YATAN); indeed, He does not like

transgressors.

And cause not corruption upon the earth after its

reformation. And invoke Him (WAD-’UU-HUM) in fear

(KHAU-FAN) and aspiration (TWA-MA-’AN). Indeed, the

mercy of Allah is near (QO-REEBUN) to the doers of good

(AL-MUH-SI-NEEN).”

(Qur’an: A’raf: 7: 55-56)

The term The term TADWAR-RU’ TADWAR-RU’ – is to be in a state of utter – is to be in a state of utter

The term The term KHAUF KHAUF – means “fear”, and together with – means “fear”, and together with

the term the term TWA-MA-’ATWA-MA-’A – meaning like “longing for something – meaning like “longing for something

with greed, positive hope”with greed, positive hope”

Allah SWT the assures us of His Mercy is near for those who are Allah SWT the assures us of His Mercy is near for those who are

the the MUMUHH-SINEEN-SINEEN - from the term - from the term I IHHSAN SAN

Thus we are to strive for this state of “righteousness” so as to

deserve the nearness of Allah SWT and His Mercy.


“He (ALLAH) is (AL-HAYYU) the living (One): There is no

god but He: Call upon (supplicate to) Him (DU’A) giving

Him sincere (MUKHLISw) devotion (DEEN). Praise be to

Allah (AL-HAMDU-LILLAAHI) Lord (ROBB) of the Worlds!”

(Qur’an: Ghafir: 40: 65)

he does not become impatient.”

It was said: O Allah's Messenger, what does:" If he does

supplicated and I supplicated but I did not find it being

responded’, and then he becomes frustrated and

abandons supplication.”

“Allah the Almighty is Good and accepts only that which is

good. And verily Allah has commanded the believers to do

that which He has commanded the Messengers. So the

Almighty has said: “O (you) Messengers! Eat of the

righteous deeds.” [23:51] and the Almighty has said: “O

you who believe! Eat of the lawful things that We have

provided you.” [2:172] ... ”

journeyed far, is dishevelled and dusty, and who spreads out his hands

to the sky saying “O Lord! O Lord!,” while his food is HARAM (unlawful),

his drink is HARAM, his clothing is HARAM, and he has been nourished

with HARAM, so how can [his supplication] be answered? .”

doors of mercy have been opened for him. And Allah is not

asked for anything - meaning - more beloved to Him, than

being asked for Al-`Āfiyah.”

supplication, except that Allah grants it to him, or avert away from
