Free Breakfast Program: We serve about 100 to 150 free breakfast meals each day for low income members. Our breakfast programs are staffed by volunteers and funded entirely by donations from supporters. The aim of this breakfast program is to provide access to nutritious food to those who is in need.
Saturday: 7 AM – 8 AM serve fresh toast, scrambled eggs, peanut butter, jam, hot coffee and tea, orange juice Sunday: 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM serve fresh toast, peanut butter, jam, boiled eggs, banana, orange, hot coffee and tea, orange juice, samosa, and different kinds of treats.

Micronutrients
Micronutrient deficiencies can cause serious health problems. The body requires very small amounts of micronutrients to prevent deficiency related health complications.
Micronutrients can be obtained through a variety of different food sources as illustrated in the figure to the right.
A balanced and varied diet is the key to preventing micronutrient deficiency and maintaining a healthy life
