Childcare CenterBy Charissa Hitchcock
Today we will talk about my childcare center
• I would like to purchase an existing child care center.
• The center has been in business for over 25 years.
• The business is profitable and has multiple other sites available for expansion.
The child care center has maintained 85-95% capacity for years.
• Being the only child care cent on that side of town.
• Home daycare’s are competition.
• The center is able to hold up to 100 children.
• Home daycare’s not so much.
