Ifconversationtakesanegativeordestructiveturn,guideitbacktoahealthyplace.Ifsomeoneneedstotalkaboutasensitiveorcomplexissue,youcanfollowupwiththemafterthegrouporcallyourcoachtohelpyourespondwell.

• Keeptheconversationrelevanttoeveryone.

Rememberpeopleinyourgroupwillbeatdifferentplacesintheirspiritualjourney.Bethoughtful when you talk about spiritual concepts or church terms that might beunfamiliartonewChristiansornewchurch-goers.
