Smart Chat++ Feature GuidePublic/Private Channels
Direct Messaging
On the upper left section Click on the Last icon Create a New Channel
To direct message, go to the upper left section Click on the First icon Search. View users, public and private channels and click on the user you want to direct message
Select the viewing options of your new channel
Your Private Channels will show with a lock icon in the private group section
Join a Public Channel#Search the group you want to join and on the bottom of the chat window click on the JOIN button

Directory Option
Contact List Display Option User Status
Access the directory on the top left section for a list of Channels and Users
Choose the way you prefer to view you contact list Click on the top left icon to view/change your User StatusExtended Medium Condensed No Avatar
Click on tabs to view available channels and users
You can sort the order you want your contacts to show
Click on the star to bring your chat to the top of the chat list
- Alphabetical- Activity- Group by type of chat- Favorites- Unread messages on top

Use Quote to show the message on your latest conversation
Click on the star button to add your message to the starred message list
Add emojis to specific messages in your conversation
On the chat window click on the option on the far left to select the options
