The AIV/AMR-Type Trolley Transporter LD90 TT extends

our AIV/AMR-family and offers the possibility to move

Trolleys with a wide variety of customer specific struc-

tures, from simple shelfs to complex carriers for special

products! The AIV/AMR is able to go underneath a trolley

and latch in at it. It pushes the trolley to its destination

where in unlatches it. With this kind of movement it is pos-

sible to move trolleys up to 105 kg. Due to the customiza-

ble top of the trolley, an enormous variety of products can

be transported.

All of our mobile robots are easy to get up and running,

requiring no construction such as the installation of mag-

nets, and minimal programming. In addition, our software

integrates with your other systems so you can get the

Our AIV / AMRfor medium payload

Meet the mid-size members of our mobile robots. We are

proud to show the release of the LD250, omrons mid-size

mobile robot with a net payload capacity of 250kg. An im-

pressive addition to the LD mobile robot series.

The LD250 is based on the same tested and proven

technology used in the industry leading LD90, with

a higher payload capacity and tougher metal skins.

Customers can now load more onto robots, or make

fewer trips with heavier batches, ultimately doing more

with less equipment.

Working seamlessly into an integrated mobile

fleet, the LD250 can allow customers to optimize their

traffic management, battery management, and routing

of vehicles with a more diverse fleet. The LD250 is built

with sturdier metal skins that can withstand unintended

external impacts and more demanding duties.

It is suitable for example for transporting bulky items such

as transmission blocks, seats or wire harnesses in the au-

tomotive industry, as well as voluminous packaging mate-

rials in the food and commodities industry.

HIGHLY MIXED FLEET: With the industry-leading Fleet

Manager in combination with the AIV-Framework, users

can easily manage diverse mobile fleets of up to 100

robots, including the new LD250. They can be

controlled through the same system without worrying

about compatibility or performance.

SPACE SAVING SOLUTION

Modularity and space saving continuous at the Import/

Export ports which can be placed in various positions at

one side. The ports cover only one storage place.

At each port Import and Export is possible as well as a

dedication of a port to a certain functionality which

offers a maximum on flexibility. During Import the

PCB-Magazine is automatically identified with an optional

connection to external database to gather all required

additional information needed – and during export the

information can optionally be cross-checked.

OPEN CONNECTIVITY

The Input/Output ports are equipped with an

mechanical and software interface for AIV (Autonomous

Intelligent Vehicle)/AMR(Autonomous Mobile Robot),

to enable fully automation of the material flow and the

optimale useage of the capability of the Warehouse.

As long-term experts on the topic of autonomous

transports, this was the next logical step. cts provides open

interfaces to connect to any system – fully dedicated

to Industrie 4.0 / Open Connectivity. The transport of

your products is perfectly done by AIVs like RGMZ-type

provided by cts.

FULLY MODULAR

The software of the Warehouse is – as already known

from our AIV-Framework – fully modular and equipped

with an Open Connectivity REST-Interface to enable a fast

and easy connection to MES and ERP systems. cts uses a

web based HMI system, which allows you to control and

monitor the device as per your needs. The Algorithm

for Import/Export/Optimization can be influenced by

configuration of criterias.

EASY MANAGEMENT

With one management software in place you can manage

multiple warehouses and it is the main hub for integration

into your management system.

With this combination of Warehouses and AIV/AMR-

Systems, cts is providing a modern, complete and ful-

ly connected Solution for effective transportation and
