Smart Reward 2011 criteria period: February 2011-January 2012

The smart rewards is subject to The Code of Business principle, Policies & Rules of

Consultant Conduct

The business model is dependent fully upon product selling through self use, share

and qualification for Leadership summit is subject to ethical practices of consultants.

HULN strongly discourages overstocking of stock and encourages consultants to

purchase products upon receiving orders from the consumers

Consultants need to demonstrate genuine sales, get trained on the products and

make genuine claims as per HULN business model and policy.

HULN reserves the right to verify and revalidate consultant qualifications up to and

including the days of the event

HULN reserves the right to disqualify any qualified consultant who is found to be

indulging in Not Good HUL Networking Practices.

Only qualified consultants are allowed to travel.

Buying of reward points is not allowed for earning ones eligibility.

Buying of Travel Points may be allowed only for qualified consultants companion

( Max for one person) and is at the sole discretion of the company.

Travel Points is not carried forward for subsequent years, transferred, exchanged,

sold, traded or bartered and can be used only by the qualified consultant.

If a qualified consultant does not travel, his/her point lapse and his trip will be

counted for subsequent years qualification criteria.

Terms & Conditions Passports ,visas, proof if Citizens ,expiration date of passports and all other

documents required for the trip are the sole responsibility of the qualified

consultant and HULN would not be held responsible for the same.

Only Immigration cleared (ECNR) passports would be accepted

Any taxes associated with the award( travel) need to be borne by the qualified

consultants.

The dates are non negotiable and deadlines have to be adhered strictly

Companions are allowed provided they are husband/ wife/child above 12 years of

age & associate consultant and they do not have a separate consultant id

All trips and cash qualifications will be calculated net of corporate orders only

These terms and conditions override all past practices
