    I, the undersigned, being duly sworn and under

    oath state

    that the following facts known by me or told to me by the other

    reliable persons form my belief that JOHN EDWARD WILLROTH the defendant committed the crime charged.

    On Saturday; September 27, 2014 at approximately 2214 hours, I was dispatched to Casey s General Store in Sac City for a silent

    alarm. On the scene, I was met by the clerk of the store who advised me she had observed a female subject stealing merchandise from

    the store.

    was told the direction she left on a black and orange motorcycle. 1advised Lake View Police of the situation and the officer

    on duty made a traffic stop on the motorcycle at the 900 block of 9th Street in Lake View. I arrived on scene at 2230 hours and found

    the merchandise as described by the clerk. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Sac County Law Enforcement

    Center where she was charged with Theft in the 5th and jailed.
