Dear Colleague,
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to participate in The Fast Jet Pilot Training Eastern Europe taking place between the 9th and 10th June 2016 in Prague.
As the Czech Air Force, in partnership with NATO, begins the development of a new version of the International Training Centre for Fighter pilot training by 2018; fast jet capabilities in the Central and Eastern European region are becoming more important than ever, both to act as a viable aerial deterrence as well as for potential combat missions abroad as part of larger coalition forces. As such, cooperation and interoperability in this area will become increasingly important.
There is therefore a need for a high level meeting that brings together senior military leadership, project decision makers and subject matter experts alongside contractors and cutting edge industry solution providers to collaborate on future endeavours that will enhance the security and stability of Eastern Europe and its neighbouring countries.
Both Brigadier General Stefanik, Commander of the Czech Air Force and myself believe Fast Jet Pilot Training Eastern Europe is the perfect environment for this collaboration, therefore we are lending our support behind it as leading participants alongside many of our fellow Czech Air ForceOfficers.
I would ask you to pay particular attention to our conference agenda which has been put together with great care to give you the very best opportunity to benchmark and learn from subject matter experts relating to the enhanced fast jet training capability.
Only through learning and networking with our peers can we enhance and improve our ideas and execution of military projects, I urge you to join us in June 2016 with many other likeminded individuals to ensure you too can benefi t from this unique forum.
Yours Sincerely,
Colonel Petr Tomanek, Chief of Combat Training, Czech Air Force
