New Construction CommissioningAt SMMA, building commissioning is a detailed program that begins in the pre-design phase and continues through ribbon-cutting and occupancy. We work with our clients to establish performance needs and align those with long term cost saving methods.
Existing Building CommissioningWe analyze a building’s performance and suggest financially strategic areas for improvements. We look at both short and long term Energy Conservation Measures, such as optimizing temperature controls and updating constant volume systems.
