Dear Loved Ones, At some point in everyone’s life, we will all have to plan for the inevitable. At the time of my passing, I hope to be able to spare you from worry, stress, and expense inconnection with my memorial service.

Because of this, I have put together this Legacy Planning Guide to help you locate important information about my life and my wishes for my memorial service. The different sections of this planning guide should also help ease the burden you will face when trying to locate some of my important documents.

In addition, I have written down some of the life lessons that I have learned and some of the values that I hope you pass down, long after I’m gone to ensure that my Legacy continues throughout the generations.

Finally, I have outlined some of my wishes for mymemorial service. I hope these suggestions will assist you and spare you from the needless concern in knowing that my memorial service was planned according to my wishes.

I love you more than you will ever know, and I hope this information helps you through what I know will be adifficult time.

Love,
