There are lots of qualities to be an explorer.Before you set on your journey

you might need to research a few stuff before your on your way.And you must have some tough

qualities like; good strength, very creative and good at

map reading.

in the world! Some

very famous explorers

have explored the

Amazon including;

Bear Grills and Steve Backshall.

Exploring any rainforest can be very dangerous because of deadly insects and

plants.

In 1893 Mary Kingsley was the first ever female to explore a rainforest. Mary Kingsley was very

lucky. whilst exploring a

rainforest Kingsley was trapped by ferocious cannibals

but her thick dress saved

her from deadly spikes.

To make a shelter first you're going to need a machete to chop branches to make the skeleton of the shelter then

a lot of leafs

Sea equipment

First of all you'll need a boat but they don't come cheap second

you'll need tools just in case, but let's hope that doesn't happen
