ABOUT US

Zandonà inizia la sua storia nel 1985, basata in uno dei distretti industriali tra i più importanti al mondo, impegnandosi nella ricerca e sviluppo di soluzioni per il settore plastico-tecnologico. Nel 1997 inizia lo studio e la realizzazione dei primi Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale (DPI) che verranno ultimati e commercializzati nel mondo dal 2001.

Dal 2001 Zandonà è garanzia di competenza e professionalità nella realizzazione di DPI, esclusivamente progettati, certificati e prodotti in Italia.

L’esperienza acquisita nel tempo consente all’azienda di offrire al mercato prodotti innovativi, di qualità elevata e contraddistinti da un design funzionale.

La collaborazione con reparti corse e piloti, designer, modellisti e tecnici esterni è per Zandonà stimolo di innovazione e continuo aggiornamento tecnico. La condivisione di queste esperienze contribuisce ad arricchire ulteriormente il proprio laboratorio di Ricerca e Sviluppo, rendendo i prodotti Zandonà sempre più ecnti per qualità, performance, stile e comfort.

ABOUT US

Zandonà begins his story in 1985, based in one of the most important industrial districts in the world, engaging in Research and Development of solutions for plastics-technology. In 1997 began the study and the implementation of the first Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) that will be completed and market worldwide since 2001.

Since 2001 Zandonà is a guarantee of competence and professionalism in the implementation of PPE, exclusively designed, certified and produced in Italy.

The experience gained over time allows the company to offer innovative products, high in quality and covered by a functional design.

Cooperation with racing teams and pilots, external designers, modelers and technicians is stimulus for Zandonà to innovate and for a continuous technical updating. The sharing of these experiences contributes to further enrich their Research & Development laboratory, making the Zandonà prod-ucts always more and more exnt in quality, performance, style and comfort.

Concetto ProtettivoL’energia d’impatto viene innanzitutto dissipata dalla Scocca Plastica in modo tale che maggior superficie dello Shock Absorber venga subito coinvolto nella fase di assorbimento (in questo modo viene ottimizzato lo spessore del protettore). La forza di picco residua uscente dallo Shock Absorber viene quindi maggiormente ammortizzata dallo strato di Materiale di Supporto del protettore che funge inoltre da primo materiale altamente traspirante di contatto con il corpo.

ScoccheLa loro funzione principale è proteggere contro perforazione ed intrusione, realizzate in TPP non producono schegge in caso d’urto. Il numero delle scocche (lunghezza del paraschiena) varia a seconda dell’altezza dell’utilizzatore.

Protective ConceptThe impact energy is primarily dissipated by the Plastic Plate so that the most of the Shock Absorber area is immediately involved in the absorbing phase (in this way the thickness of the protector is optimized). The residual force exiting the Shock Absorber is then even more damped by the Support Layer (that also serves as highly breathable material at first contact with the body).

Back Protector PlatesTheir main purpose is protecting against drilling and intrusion. The plates are realized in TPP, splinter-proof in case of impact. The quantity of plates (length of the back protector) have to be chosen according to the user height.

Back Protector StructureThe plates are joined to a drop a wire system which guarantees the impact distribution throughout the whole protection surface.The structure underneath the plates (ESACOMP) is a system of esagonal cells which guarantees high shock absorption level.The coupled material of P.E. + tissue, which is support of the protective system, is Soft, Transpiring and Anti-bacterial.The waist closing have a double elastic regulation system, exnt against back-aches and comfortable.The back protector follows and satisfies the natural movement of the spinal column offering an exnt protection.

Speciale attenzione è stata prestata al gilet con chiusura a zip, in tessuto a rete a nido d’ape elastico (tessuto traspirante, anti-batterico ed Anti-Stress) che per l’utente diventa una seconda pelle ed evita gli stress dati dalle normali bretelle.

“Shark Kid/Lady” and “Shark Jackets Kid/Lady” back protectors have been studied exclusively for children and ladies, in order to protect their back zone from collisions while offering a good lumbar support, increasing comfort. Special attention have been paid to the waistcoat of the “Jacket” version, with zip closing and elastic honeycomb-net tissue (transpiring, anti-bacterial and Anti-Stress tissue), that become a second skin of the user and avoid the stress sometime given by the normal suspenders.

Protective ConceptThe impact energy is primarily dissipated by the Plastic Plate so that the most of the Shock Absorber area is immediately involved in the absorbing phase (in this way the thickness of the protector is optimized). The residual force exiting the Shock Absorber is then even more damped by the Support Layer (that also serves as highly breathable material at first contact with the body).

PlatesTheir main purpose is protecting against drilling and intrusion. The plates are realized in TPP, splinter-proof in case of impact. The quantity of plates (length of the back protector) have to be chosen according to the user height.

StructureThe plates are joined to a drop a wire system which guarantees the impact distribution throughout the whole protection surface.The structure underneath the plates (ESACOMP) is a system of esagonal cells which guarantees high shock absorption level.The coupled material of P.E. + tissue, which is support of the protective system, is Soft, Transpiring and Anti-bacterial.The back protector follows and satisfies the natural movement of the spinal column offering an exnt protection.

La collezione “Shorts” include tre tipi di pantaloncino per assecondare le svariate tipologie di utilizzo negli sport invernali. Sono realizzati al 100% in Italia con pregiato tessuto a rete a nido d’ape traspirante, anti-batterico ed Anti-Stress. Il Cross Shorts Pro è un pantaloncino Multisport completo, dotato di tutori per difendere dagli urti e contusioni la zona sacrale, il coccige, fianchi e zona anca-femorale. I Cross Shorts si distinguono dalla versione “Pro” per l’assenza del tutore plastico per il coccige, sostituito da una imbottitura soft. Gli Snowboard Shorts Evo sono invece dotati di un tutore plastico per il coccige e di tutori soft traspiranti in materiale espanso, posizionati sulle aree maggiormente interessate dagli urti tipici della pratica dello Snowboard. Il pantaloncino Cross Shorts Kid è il pantaloncino multisport completo da bambino, realizzato con gli stessi materiali e tecnologia della versione multisport da adulto.

Lo Slalom Jacket è una giacca leggera con chiusura frontale a zip, dotata di particolari tutori (removibili tramite tasca con mini-zip nel retro) dedicati allo slalom per difendere dagli urti e contusioni le braccia, in materiale plastico (versione “Pro”) oppure in speciale gomma shock-absorber (versione “EVC” = Evoluted Viscoelastic Cells). La giacca è realizzata con pregiato tessuto a rete a nido d’ape traspirante ed estremamente elastico per un’adesione perfetta alle linee del corpo.

Slalom Jacket is a light jacket with frontal zip closing, provided of particular paddings (removable by rear pockets with mini-zip) to defend from colli-sions and bruises the arms on slalom sports, composed by plastics (“Pro” version) or in special shock-absorber rubber (“EVC” version = Evoluted Vi-scoelastic Cells).
