THE NATION'S MALLThe biggest mall for Doha, about 250,000 sqm of leasable space and almost half amillion thousand sqm of total built up area. With state of the art & elite retail units,a 19 screen Cineplex with the largest IMAX in the region, 2 different and uniquekid's entertainment zones and a central atrium designed to host non-stop liveperformances for entertaining customers, this mall is expected to add a lastingimpression on retail space in the country.Leading this project from the design office as the Lead Project Architect, I havebeen responsible for all the design and technical issues including coordination withall internal disciplines and external sub consultants, main contractor and the PMapart from the client. Fire & Life safety issues are a priority in the country andespecially being a mercantile space, hence a lot of coordination has been done toprovide a safe and attractive entertainment destination for its wide range ofcustomers.
