• Peel DSB sends marks directly to OUAC and OCAS at various times of the year

• You do not determine what marks are sent and what marks are used for acceptances

• Make sure you have the proper pre-requisites for the program to which you are applying

• YES, grade 11 marks are sent when applying!

Are All Marks Considered Equal?

• YES! Summer school, Night school and Day school marks are all considered the same

• Marks at night school 2nd semester are all sent at the same time as daytime semester schools

• If you take a course with the Catholic Board or other institution you must provide guidance with your final report

Other Information

• Some universities/colleges may ask you to fill out a supplementary application about yourself (i.e. your interests, likes, reason for applying)

• You may need to do a test, audition, present a portfolio, or attend an interview

• Some programs may need a criminal record check or even First Aid/CPR qualifications

• For the most part, NO! Where there are exceptions the institutions are required to state this in their literature

• Best to prioritize your choices in the order that are important to you
