has a new found interest, Witchcraft. Whether he or she has

been hiding it or has been up front with you, you probably

dont like it one bit.

This presentation is for you. It will help put your mind at

A Brief Witchcraft Overview

Witchcraft, sometimes calledWicca, is an earth basedpolytheistic religion. Witches

do not believe in nor worshipthe devil, and do not doanimal sacrifices.

Witches follow a rule called theWiccan Rede which says, An

it harm none, do what thouwill. Which means thatWiccans value life.

Witches do spells, but realspells are more like prayers.

It is important that you forgetwhat you have seen on T.V.

As a parent, of course you are going to be concerned. You mayeven be compelled to drag you child to church and force themto change their mind. By now you must realize that that doesntwork. The more you let your child know you hate it, the morethey will want to do it. Realize that the religion is not harmful

to anyone, not even your child. A lot of kids grow out of it, andif they dont, that simply means that they found something theytruly enjoy.

There are many subtle ways to let your opinion be known withoutcoming off too aggressive. It is important not to be tooaggressive, or you may never have the same relationship withyour child again...

It is important that you be afriend to your child. If youcome off as the enemy, youwill lose. Ask your child

questions, and listen to theiranswers, DO NOT beargumentative.

One thing that can cause a childto turn to Witchcraft is a

dramatic event in their life.Personally, my best friendwas in a car accident. Orthey may feel their needsare not being met.
