SOCIAL CLASS IN UNITED KINGDOM

Today the British society is still divided in social clases. There are the working class, the middle class and the upper class.

To determinate these groups there are some important factors like birth, occupation, inheritance or education, for example.

The importance of the language plays a big role in the social class system. The upper class has their own kind of speech and middle class trying to imitate them because of the fear of being looked dowm upon.
