Follow I-95 North to Exit #22 (Route 676 West/Vine Street Expressway). The exit will be on your left. Proceed approximately 1.5 miles and take the Broad Street Exit which will put you on 15th Street heading South. Follow 15th Street approximately 6 blocks to The Graham Company Building (15th & Ranstead Streets).

From I-95 North (from Delaware or Philadelphia International Airport):

Follow Route 76 East and all signs for Central Philadelphia/Camden. Take Exit #344 (Route 676 East/Vine Street Expressway). The exit will be on your left. Take the second exit, Broad Street Exit. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto 15th Street. Follow 15th Street approximately 5 blocks to The Graham Company Building (15th & Ranstead Streets).

From Route 76 East (Valley Forge):

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit #4. Take Route 73 North to Route 38 West. Follow Route 38 West to Route 30 West. Follow signs and cross over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Exit onto Route 676 West/Vine Street Expressway. Proceed approximately 1 mile and exit at the 15th Street Exit (Broad Street). At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto 15th Street. Follow 15th Street approximately 6 blocks to The Graham Building (15th & Rans-tead Streets).

From New York or New Jersey:

From I-95 South/New York:

Follow I-95 South to Exit #22 for Central Philadelphia/Historic Area. At the bottom of the ramp, follow signs for Route 676 West. Exit onto Route 676 West/Vine Street Expressway. Proceed approximately 1 mile and exit at the 15th Street Exit (Broad Street). At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto 15th Street. Follow 15th Street approximately 6 blocks to The Graham Building (15th & Ranstead Streets).

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIES DENNIS P. WALSH, ESQUIRE Regional Director, Region 4, National Labor Relations Board [email protected] │ 215.597.7601 Dennis is the regional director of the National Labor Relations Board’s Region 4 office in Philadelphia. He is responsible for the enforcement of the nation’s primary labor law covering private sector employees in the jurisdiction of Region 4, which serves 22 counties in eastern Pennsylvania, eight counties in southern New Jersey and one county in Delaware. Dennis was appointed to serve as the Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Labor Relations Authority in December 2009. Previously, he had a distinguished career with the Board, during which time he performed nearly every aspect of the Board’s work from field attorney to Board member. Dennis served as a member of the NLRB on three occasions, most recently from January 2006 to December 2007. He also served as a special assistant in the Division of Enforcement, Deputy Assistant General Counsel in the General Counsel’s Division of Operations, chief counsel to Members Wilma Liebman and Margaret A. Browning, and counsel to Member Patricia Diaz Dennis. Dennis began his legal career in 1984 as an NLRB attorney in the Office of Representation Appeals, and continued to work for various NLRB offices. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Walsh engaged in the private practice of law in Philadelphia. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Labor Law at Howard University School of Law. RONDA K. She was introduced to Marshall Dennehey when she started working as a summer law clerk in 2008. Ashley attended Rutgers School of Law-Camden and received her juris doctor in 2009, with high honors. David is experienced defending intellectual property cases venued throughout the United States, and has been litigating cases in federal and state courts since 1994.
