We use it everyday, but how much do we know about these social

networking sites and several social media facts ?

So let us have a look at some mind boggling facts!!

There are 6.8 billion people on the planet and 4 billion of them use a mobile phone. Only 3.5 billion of them use a toothbrush.

FACT 1:

On eBay, there is an average of $680 worth of

transactions every second.

FACT 2:

72 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube

every minute, and YouTube’s copyright-

checking software scans over 100 years of

video EVERYDAY!

FACT 3:

There are over #57 million selfies on

instagram!!

FACT 4:

If Facebook was to form a country it

would have been the 3rd largest country in

the entire world!

FACT 5:

An Indian, on an average tends to

check whatsapp 23 times a day!

The first emoticon is commonly credited to Kevin Mackenzie in 1979,
