Social Media Strategy

• The Social Media Team has established “Pages” and “Groups” for both ARDEX and W.W. Henry.
• “Pages” are used to promote the company. We keep this updated with the latest company news, photos and promotional information. Our latest postings highlight our community service initiatives including Habitat for Humanity and Adopt-A-Highway.
• “Groups” are established as a place for discussion and interaction. We have posted Case Studies on our group page to allow interested parties the opportunity to discuss tricky installations, get advice or just communicate with each other.

• Wikipedia ( /ˌwɪkɪˈpiːdi.ə/ or /ˌwɪkiˈpiːdi.ə/ WIK-i-PEE-dee-ə) is a free,[3] web-based, collaborative, multilingual encyclopedia project supported by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation. Its 17 million articles (over 3.4 million in English) have been written collaboratively by volunteers around the world, and almost all of its articles can be edited by anyone with access to the site.
• ARDEX Americas has authored the entries on Wikipedia for “Self Leveling Concrete”, “Epoxy Moisture Control System” and “Self Drying Concrete”.
• In addition, we were able to add an external link to the entry for “Concrete Moisture Meter” referencing Bruce Newbrough’s article on Moisture Testing in Concrete.

• We are currently working on two iPhone applications – one for ARDEX and one for W.W. Henry:
• The ARDEX app will feature a “Product Calculator” where job specifications (i.e. square footage, depth, etc.) can be plugged in and material totals will be generated as well as an option to “have my local ARDEX Sales Representative contact me”.
• The W.W. Henry app will feature a “Recommended Application Guide”. Users will be able to input details of proposed installation and the app will generate product recommendations.
