- Difficulties encountered due to the condition of having no existing system in verifying Social
Pensioners on the NHTS-PR data that cause the delay of completion the total target of 6,074senior citizen beneficiaries of the program for the C.Y. 2011. It also causes omission of somesocial pensioners on the lists recommended to SPMO which determined during Pay-out
Activities.
- Limited number of Staffs/ man power that facilitate the reviewing of pertinent documentsattached on the SP applications and Intake sheet, encoding and consolidation of SocialPension Beneficiary List for the entireARMM.
- Delayed issuance and limited office equipments like computer and printer cause difficultiesfor the RSPU staff to meet the deadlines and fast track the implementationof the program.
- Delayed facilitation and submission of liquidation from branch offices could cause delay onthe implementation of theprogram.
-Limited funds for travel expenses could hamper the MSWOs to conduct home visits andvalidations to those Social Pensioners who reside to interiorand difficultly accessed barangays.

- It is recommended that SPMO will create data-banking system that ease theverifying of Social Pensioners on the NHTS-PR data.
- Additional staff that will facilitate the reviewing of documents on the SPapplication, encoding and filing of SP documents.
- Issuance of enough units of computer (at least 3 units), one unit of Printer forthe implementation of the program.
- RSPU to conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) meeting with the Branches SPfocal persons and MSWOs for the updating and follow up of deficiencies (e.g.delay submission of liquidations and monthly monitoring reports).
- Additional funds for MSWOs travel expenses for the validation and monitoringof Social Pensioners within their area of assignments.
