Timing is everything. Speak to the bully alone. Never deliver the I message when you

are angry, frustrated or afraid. Make eye contact when delivering the

message. Nervous? Practice first.

Letting an adult know that there is unsafe behaviour taking place.

Looking after your friends by keeping them out of bigger trouble.

Stopping a bully before the behaviour develops into a pattern.

Is controlled and not impulsive . You need to slow yourself down.

It takes time and practice to learn the techniques.
