Xianming Carroll has her expertise in Social Medicine and Public

Health. She has completed her PhD and MPH from Heinrich-Heine-

University Dusseldorf in Germany. Her research focus on social

and environmental epidemiology, maternal and children’s health,

and community- based disease intervention. She has published

numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals and has been serving

as reviewer of PLOS One and editorial board member of Journal of

Paediatrics and Paediatric Medicine.

Vicky Brassard has her expertise in intervention and passion in

working for a better social justice. She has work on many research

projects on restorative justice, sexual offenders, people with

mental health problems, people with mental health problems who

committed a criminal act and their families

Rasulova Asem Mansurovna is a doctoral candidate of the 3rd year

of Narhoz University. The thesis work is associated with the use of

methods to improve the competitiveness of domestic enterprises

associated with the production of dairy products. The model that

was used in this article is the result of many years of research

experience

Selim Jahangir is a research scholar at International Institute for

Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, India. He is trained both in

qualitative as well as quantitative research methods. His research

interest is in the interdisciplinary fields of Social Geography,

Lydia has over 14 years experience in community sevelopemnt and

public health. She has served for the last 12 years in various

capacities in the COGRI programs. She has a rich experience working

with women and youth to achieve sustainable change. Due to her

primarily in the areas of consumers' motivation and emotion with a

special focus on brand passion, product design, brand experience,

Columbia University. Her research and practice interests are in the area

of social welfare and social work development, more specifically in child

of migration on families, and is currently working on a review of social

Samanta Savickaite is a first year PhD student in management science field at

Klaipeda University, Lithuania. Her scientific and research interest is

personalisation and psychosocial support for cancer patients, she has been doing

research in this area since 2015. She has some volunteering and intern

experience in the field of psychosocial support for cancer survivors. Most

important to be mentioned is the work as a psychosocial support consultant at

St. Francis oncology center (Klaipėda, Lithuania), 2 month internship at

Macmillan Headquarters (London) and at the The Mustard Tree Macmillan

Cancer and Information Support Centre Plymouth (Derriford Hospital,

Plymouth), where she was analyzing the personalization policy for cancer

patients and it's implementation peculiarities. Currently, she works as a cancer

patient case manager on a voluntary basis at Klaipeda University Hospital, is a

member of some local and international organizations that work in the field of

psychosocial cancer support.

Samanta Savickaite

Dr. Hamilton Grant Pharaoh has been in academia for the past 18 years. He

graduated from the University of the Western Cape with his PHD in 2014. He is a

physiotherapist from profession and his specialties include sports physiotherapy,

health risk behaviour and youth development research. The National Research

Foundation supports his research through grant awards. His passion is youth

especially youth at risk. Therefore his drive during his PHD to design a

comprehensive youth development programme to combat Heath Risk Behaviour

among the youth. He founded THE FOUNDATION FOR COMMUNITIES OF

EXCELLENCE which serves as a driver to change communities and the lives of

young people through lifeskills training and creating pathways for tertiary

education opportunities for all. Currently he is a Senior Lecturer at the University

of KwaZulu-Natal, School of Health Sciences, Physiotherapy Department.

Dr. Hamilton Pharaoh

Courtley Pharaoh is an experience university administrator who has

completed a MCom degree addressing management competencies within

the South African Higher Education Institutions. The novice researcher

investigated the management competencies in play during a crisis from

the viewpoint of stakeholders experiencing the crisis as well. The

researcher intends to address the gap within the current literature

concerning management competencies within the Higher Education

Institutions within South Africa.

Chanray Cloete has her expertise in improving health and wellbeing

through servicing disadvantaged communities in Paarl, South Africa.

Disadvantaged youth is at the core of her passion around combatting

health risk behaviour. Through her work within the public hospital

setting she is confronted with the broken lives of young people through

wrong choices and decision making. Choices which leads to gang violence,

crime and other health risk behaviour. This leave the community with

sometimes wheelchair bound young people due to knife or gun

incidences. Through research she hopes to impact the community

differently and create better choices and therefore better futures for

young people.

Gretchen Hartogh-Isambert is a PhD student at the University of Kwazulu

Natal. She completed her undergraduate Bsc. Physiotherapy degree at the

University of the Western Cape in 2003. After working as a physiotherapist in

South Africa in both public and private sector, she moved to Europe (France)

where she still currently resides and continues working as a physiotherapist.

In 2014 she completed her Masters degree at the University of Kent (UK)

with herdissertation looking at the Attitudes of Sports Therapy students

toward Obesity. Obesity is a topic that she is very passionate about and she

cares deeply about the social bias and negative attitudes towards obese

people.

The development, implementation and evaluation of a programme to minimize negative perceptions and

attitudes towards obese people among grade 8 and grade 10 learners in a selected school in Paarl, South Africa.

Dr. Anne-Lise Chaber is a conservationist and wildlife veterinarian who focuses

on cross-disciplinary approach to Human, Animal and Ecosystem Health. After

graduating from the Veterinary Faculty at the University of Liège (ULg) in

Belgium, she obtained a Master of Science from the Royal Veterinary College and

the Zoological Society of London (UK) and pursued her graduate training with a

PhD on epidemiological studies at the wildlife-livestock-human interface with the

ULg. Anne-Lise has ten years of practical experience as a wildlife veterinarian in

captive and wild situation in England, Bo tswana and the United Arab Emirates.

She conducted research on transmission of diseases at the wildlifelivestock-

human interface and on illegal wildlife trade such as the international bushmeat

trade and the live exotic pettrade. She is a keen advocate of interdisciplinary

studies.

Anne-Lise Chaber Australia

Dr. Victoria Vygodskaia-Rust received her PhD in German and

Comparative Literature from Washington University in St. Louis. She

teaches German and Russian language, Film, and Comparative Literature

courses at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau,

Missouri. Rust’s research interests include popular culture, fashion,

totalitarian regimes, dystopian literature, and film in Putin’s Russia.

"Savva Shanaev has more than five years of research experience in

various economics and finance fields. His research interests include but

are not limited to asset pricing models, risk pricing, political risk,

financial and economic aspects of cryptocurrencies and blockchain

technologies, financial econometrics, economic modelling and game

theory. Savva holds a BA (Hons) in Finance and Investment Management

from University of Northumbria at Newcastle, UK and a degree in

international economics from Finance University under the Government

of Russian Federation, both with distinction, and is currently a PhD

candidate at University of Nortumbria. Savva has published in, among

others, Journal of Alternative Investments, Journal of Behavioural and

Experimental Finance and Economic Issues" and worked as a researcher

both for universities and developmental banks."
