FLOW NOZZLES

• Flow nozzle is installed on pipe line to ensure evolution of fluid cross flow section (by

elliptic profile) in order to create calibrated differential pressure loss. The measurement

of if by 1 or x pressure taps pair(s) allow to define fluid flow rate.

• Process norm: NF EN ISO 5167-3, ASME PTC 6, ASME MFC-3M

• Construction code: NF EN 13480, RCC-M, ASME, CODETI

• SPM capability: DN25 to DN1000

• Raw material:

– Stainless steel(304L, 316L…)

– Carbon steel (P265GH, 16Mo3, 13CrMo4-5…)

• According customer requirements:

– Flanges or welded connections

– Performance verification by test campaign

– With or without coating (painting)

– Evaluation to European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)

– Evaluation to ESPN
