*** PRODUCED an Educational Video Cassettes on Scenario Building one of the Methodology for the subject of Futurology teaching in 1991 (40 Minutes duration).

Contributions to Academic Advancement

Sociology:

Introduced for the first time Sociology as an academic discipline in the

Bharathidasan University in January 1988. As Board of studies chairman framed the

syllabi for M.Phil, and M.A. Sociology Courses.

Futurology:

For the First time in India Introduced futurology as an Academic programme in

1989. Many universities futurology faculties are trained through the summer work shops,

seminars and camps organized by me and motivated them to start futurology courses in

their respective universities all over India.

Video Cassette on Futurology:

Prepared video cassette covering the main concepts and methodologies of

futurology and also covering one of the theme as Alternative sources of Energy.

The script of the video cassette and editing all carried out by me.

Social Work:

The M.Phil social work programme was introduced by me for the first time in

Bharathidasan University in 1992.
