The Mortgage CRM System has enabled us to keep track of all our deals since they are in one location. Previously it would be on paper and a lot of it was really hard. It helped the back office team to be more efficient in managing relationships after first contact. DWT did a great job of creating the software and a solution when we could not explain what it was that we needed. So sometimes our inability to explain stuff was complimented by the excellent knowledge of people at DWT.
