Max WoodwardSport and fitness have been a huge part of Max’s life since an early age. His passion for health and wellbeing stems from his career as a professional rugby player both in Japan and Hong Kong. What is your favourite post workout meal? Grass fed ribeye, no sides, no sauce

What is your favourite workout album? The entire Fine Line album by Harry Styles on repeat

Viv KanViv Kan is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness meditation instructor since 2016. She combines mindful movement, sweaty flows, breathwork, and meditation in her uplifting classes for busy individuals to de-stress, release tension, and disconnect to reconnect. She completed her Ashtanga yoga teacher training in Toronto under the guidance of teachers who trained directly under Sri Pattabhi Jois.

Additional questions What does fitness / wellness mean to you? To me, wellness means the quality of being healthy in the body and mind as a result of deliberate effort. This means that in order for us to make an impact on our health, we need to put consistent energy to make change happen.

Michael DucanoWith 10 years experience with Martial Arts, Michael Dacuno has a strong base in Muay Thai, Boxing and Fitness. Started out as a hobby, his passion for Muay Thai has lead him to fighting at an elite level and achieving several titles and championships.

Hana ItoSince childhood, movement and exercise has always been an integral part of Hana’s life. She started dancing classical ballet and modern dance from the age of 4 until 18, and then moved on to pilates, yoga and weight training into her adulthood. Being in the fitness industry for over 5 years, she believes in a holistic approach to fitness including strength, movement and mobility.

Additional questions What does fitness/wellness mean for you? To me, fitness means more than just having a low body fat percentage. It means you have the ability to move well, be strong, be coordinated and have confidence in yourself. It also means you have a healthy mindset, positive lifestyle and a diet that works for you.

What is your favourite post-workout meal? If I’m hungry, it is usually a combination of some yummy carbs, protein and veggies. If I’m not too hungry, probably a protein shake and some fruit.

What is your favourite workout song? It depends on my mood, but usually some 90s or early 2000s hip-hop/r&b does the trick for me!
