RDS Solar Dryer Ready for complex pastes
Nowadays manufacturers are more and more focussed on the quality of the drying process within the crystalline silicon solar cells production. Good drying means excellent adhesion of the printing pastes to the wafer. The drying recipe optimi-zation, possible only with a versatile oven, is crucial to get to this target. The range of Rehm solar dryers covers the need of the industry with its peak temperature up to 300°C for the standard RDS version and 400°C for the RDS Speed version.
Both systems work with a hybrid heating system which gua-ranties a optimum drying performance. The system combi-nes heat transfer with radiation and convections in a perfect synergy
