Custom OrthoticsSole Precision custom orthotics can rebalance, cushion and stabilise the foot, addressing many foot pathologies rapidly and effectively - without the risks, inconvenience or pain of more invasive treatments.

Sole Precision Custom Orthotics

Available as ¾ or full length devices in EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) or Polypropylene. We use CADCAM systems to produce all our orthotics and can accept all formats of foot data e.g. foam boxes, plaster casts, resin socks, pressure plate data and more.

Custom and prefab insole solutions

EVAEVA is the ideal material for orthotics milling. The material is light in weight, stabilising, shock absorbing and very durable. The higher the shore density the better the correction and control, the lower the shore density the better the cushioning and comfort.

Mono-Density: 20º, 30º, 40º and 50º Shore

Duo-Density: 30º/20º, 40º/25º, 50º/30º Shore

Tri-Density: 30º/20º/55º,40º/25º/55º,50º/30º/55º Shore Custom Combinations and colours also possible

Online Prescription Software The secure, user-friendly online prescription

software provides practitioners with the ability

to design their own orthotics, using existing skills.

This means total control of the insole design,

which can be viewed in 3D throughout the

process. Once saved and sent to the milling

centre, the technician selects the materials and

starts the manufacture process. This eliminates

errors and saves time on the entire process. If

required, prescriptions can be created under the

guidance of our Podiatry team who can log into

a prescription to assist with any queries or designs.

Once data is received, design and manufacture can be achieved within 3-5 working days.

Ask one of our team about foot data collection methods and how to save time and money on these steps of the orthotic prescription process.

Data Collection MethodsAt Sole Precision we use data collection methods aimed at reducing raw material costs and collection time.

Foam Boxes With Foam Box Scanner

With our foam box scanner practitioners eliminate the need to post foam boxes, saving time and money. Once the data is scanned the prescription process can start online immediately.

Gel-Bed Scanner

Our unique gel-bed scanner eliminates the need to use foam boxes, and associated activity such as posting or scanning, saving the practitioner time and money on materials and postage. This saves the practitioner time and money on raw materials and postage. The gel envelopes the foot in weight bearing or non-weight bearing and the data is available online immediately so that the prescription process can begin.
