DRAWN ORDER: Competitors will be given starting times for the first class of each day (Thurs/Fri/Sat). Please ring 01564-770180 on Wednesday (for Thursday classes) between 6.30pm and 7.30pm or check online at www.solihullridingclub.co.uk or check/ring at the office (on 01564 770180) for subsequent days. Please make sure you note your preference of order of riding on the entry form for multiple rides. STABLING: Good quality permanent stabling available on site – new for this season all stables now with rubber matting and one bale of shavings on arrival – all bedding to be completely emptied on departure. Stabling must be pre-booked and paid for prior to the show commencing. Stables on first come first served basis. Cleaning fee charged up front and refunded on leaving if stable is left clean. Please complete the attached stabling form. Bookings for stabling received without payment will not be accepted. Additional shavings available to purchase via the office. STABLING IS AVAILABLE FROM 4pm ON DAY OF BOOKING THROUGH TO 3pm THE FOLLOWING DAY. STABLES MUST BE VACATED BY 3pm AND LEFT EMPTY OF ALL BEDDING & CLEAN. Thank you. Eg: Booked for Friday pm. Available 4pm Friday – vacated by 3pm Saturday. A charge will be incurred if stables are not left clean. FIRST AID: Cost will be £3.00 per rider per day or £8.00 (for 4 days Weds to Sat) per rider for the show. From 1st October 2012, new rules regarding medical cover at Affiliated Shows will come into effect. From this date Shows will only be permitted to charge British Showjumping Members for medical cover at affiliated shows, if qualified external medical providers with appropriate insurance cover are used.
